京西地区338例煤工尘肺高仟伏胸片分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨煤工尘肺患者胸片影像特征。方法:对338例煤工尘肺患者胸片特征进行分析。结果:Ⅰ期尘肺圆形小阴影89.27%,Ⅱ期尘肺圆形小阴影约86.67%。Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期尘肺患者合并肺感染、合并肺气肿患者数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:京西地区煤工尘肺小阴影以圆形小阴影为主,其中p形小阴影最多见。肺感染、活动肺结核和肺气肿是煤工尘肺的主要并发症,对健康危害较大。 Objective:To explore the chest radiography characteristics of coalworker pneumoconiosis patients.Methods:The chestradiography characteristics of 338 cases of coalworker pneumoconiosis patients were analyzed.Results:The Ⅰ stagepneumoconiosis round small shadow was 89.27% .The Ⅱ stage pneumoconiosis round small shadow was 86.67% .The patientscombined with pulmonary infection and combined with pulmonary emphysema of Ⅰ stage and Ⅱ stage pneumoconiosis patientswere compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The coalworker pneumoconiosis small shadowin Jingxi area is mainly round small shadow,among them,the P form small shadow is the most common.Pulmonary infection,activepulmonary tuberculosis and pulmonary emphysema are major complications of coalworker pneumoconiosis,which are moredangerous to health.
