对比在血常规检验中进行静脉血检验与末梢血检验的结果

Comparison of blood routine test results between venous blood test and peripheral blood test

目的:比较静脉血检验与末梢血检验在血常规检验中的效果。方法:收治行血常规检验患者73例,分别采集静脉血和末梢血,比较两种检测方式的检验结果。结果:末梢血与静脉血的HCT、MCH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);末梢血WBC、MCV水平明显高于静脉血,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);末梢血RBC、Hb、PLT、MCHC水平明显低于静脉血,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静脉血检测血常规的准确度更高,患者承受的风险也更小。

Objective:To compare the effect of blood routine test between venous blood test and peripheral blood test.Methods:73cases of patients were treated with blood routine test.The venous blood and peripheral blood were collected.The test results of thetwo kinds of detection methods were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference of HCT,MCH levelsbetween venous blood and peripheral blood(P>0.05).The WBC,MCV levels of peripheral blood were significantly higher thanthose of venous blood,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The RBC,Hb,PLT,MCHC levels of peripheralblood were significantly lower than those of venous blood,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The venous blood for blood routine test was more accurate and the patients had less risk.
