重症手足口病脑脊液检查的早期诊断价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨脑脊液检查对重症手足口病早期诊断的价值。方法:收治重症手足口病患儿90例,入院24 h内行腰椎穿刺留取脑脊液,进行常规检查、生化检查和涂片检查。结果:脑脊液均为无色、透明。其中脑脊液压力升高者35例(38.89%),脑脊液蛋白增高30例(33.33%),通过脑脊液检查协助诊断重症手足口病72例(7.78%)。结论:脑脊液早期诊断可以有效协助临床诊断,对早期治疗,降低死亡率,具有一定的临床意义。 Objective:To investigate the value of cerebrospinal fluid examination in the early diagnosis of severe hand foot mouthdisease.Methods:90 patients with severe hand foot mouth disease were selected.Lumbar puncture was performed in 24 h ofhospital admission.The routine examination,biochemical examination and smear examination were taken.Results:Thecerebrospinal fluid was colorless and transparent.35 cases(38.89%) of cerebrospinal fluid pressure were in it,and 72 cases(7.78%)were diagnosis as severe hand,foot and mouth disease assisted with abnormal cerebrospinal fluid.Conclusion:Early diagnosis ofcerebrospinal fluid can help the diagnosis effectively,in order to take early treatment,and reduce mortality,so it has a certainclinical significance.
