应用临床护理路径对急性胰腺炎患者实施健康教育的效果

Effect of application of clinical nursing pathway in the implementation of health education for patients with acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨临床护理路径对急性胰腺炎患者实施健康教育的效果。方法:收治急性胰腺炎患者74例,分为试验组与对照组各37例,对照组采用普通护理,试验组采用健康教育护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:试验组健康知识认知率为94.59%,明显高于对照组的56.76%,护理满意度为97.28%,明显高于对照组的62.16%(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径对急性胰腺炎患者实施健康教育的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of application of clinical nursing pathway in the implementation of health education forpatients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:74 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected.They were divided into the experimentalgroup and the control group with 37 cases in each.The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,and thepatients in the experimental group were given health education nursing.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:Inthe experimental group,the health knowledge awareness rate of 94.59% was significantly higher than 56.76% of the control group;the nursing satisfaction of 97.28% was significantly higher than 62.16% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect ofapplication of clinical nursing pathway in the implementation of health education for patients with acute pancreatitis wassignificant.
