新生儿全程优质护理模式的护理效果评价

Nursing effect evaluation of neonatal whole quality nursing model

目的:探讨新生儿全程优质护理模式的护理效果。方法:收治健康新生儿140例,分为对照组和护理组各70例。对照组采用常规护理,护理组采用全程优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理组新生儿体格发育情况、运动发育指数、智力发育指数、家属满意度及高胆红素发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全程优质护理模式可促进新生儿体格、运动及智力的发育,并可降低高胆红素血症的发生率,家长满意度高。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of neonatal whole quality nursing model.Methods:140 healthy newborns wereselected.They were divided into the control group and the nursing group with 70 cases in each.The patients in the control groupwere given routine nursing.The patients in the nursing group were given whole quality nursing.We compared the nursing effect oftwo groups.Results:In the nursing group,neonatal physical development,psychomotor development index,mental developmentindex,family satisfaction and higher bilirubin occurrence rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole quality nursing model can promote the newborn physique,exercise and mental development.It can reduce theincidence of hyperbilirubinemia,and parent satisfaction was high.
