摘要
目的:探讨早期营养护理干预在肺癌患者术后的应用价值及对其免疫功能的影响。方法:将78例肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组术后48 h内给予早期营养护理干预,对照组术后48 h后给予营养护理干预。观察护理效果。结果:观察组Ig A、Ig M、Ig G免疫球蛋白水平,体重指数、血清蛋白及前白蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期营养护理干预在肺癌手术患者中能够加快患者的康复进程。
Objective:To explore the application value of early nutrition nursing intervention after operation of patients with lungcancer and its effect on immune function.Methods:78 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into the observation groupand the control group.The observation group was given early nutritional nursing intervention in postoperative 48 hours.The controlgroup was given nutritional nursing intervention after postoperative 48 hours.The nursing effect was observed.Results:The IgA,IgM,IgG immunoglobulin levels,body mass index,serum albumin and prealbumin levels of the observation group were higher thanthose of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early nutrition nursing intervention in the lung cancer patients with operationcan speed up the recovery process of patients.
