摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理模式在产科护理中的应用效果。方法:收治产妇210例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,护理组在常规护理基础上给予人性化护理,比较两组临床效果。结果:护理组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能及生活环境均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:人性化护理能有效提高产妇的护理效果,改善生活质量,有利于分娩的顺利进行。
Objective:To explore the application effect of humanization nursing mode in obstetric nursing.Methods:210 cases ofpuerpera were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional nursing.The nursing group was givenhumanization nursing on the basis of the conventional nursing.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:Thephysiological function,psychological function,social function and living environment of the nursing group were better than those ofthe control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Humanization nursing could improve thenursing effect of puerperal effectively and improve the quality of life,which was conducive to the smooth progress of delivery.
