摘要
本文对高等医学教育七年制转为"5+3"一体化培养的必要性与可行性进行了初步分析,结合首都医科大学的实际情况阐述了"5+3"一体化培养方案设计、实施进程及问题的解决,对高等医学院校长学制医学人才培养的改革具有参考意义。
The thesis preliminary analyzed the necessity and feasibility of “5+3” integrated training program in sevenyearhigher medical education system. Based on practice in Capital Medical University, the program design, current progressand solution to the problem were elaborated, which would be a great valuable reference for the reform of long-term medicaltraining program in higher medical colleges and universities.
