改良V-Y成形术与横切纵缝法开大外眦的效果比较

Effect comparison of opening outer canthus using modified V-Y plasty or crosscutting and longitudinal suture plasty

目的:比较改良V-Y成形术与横切纵缝法开大外眦的临床效果。方法:收集2015年1月至2016年1月期间在米兰柏羽医学美容医院行外眦开大术的患者122例,同期行重睑术或重睑联合内眦赘皮矫正术,根据开大外眦的手术方式不同分为A、B组,A组采用横切纵缝法,B组采用改良V-Y成形术。评价标准:从患者满意度、外眦回缩率及外眦开大范围方面,对A、B组患者术后效果进行观察,并行统计学分析。结果:术后3个月,B组的满意率和外眦开大范围均高于A组(P<0.05),回缩率低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:改良V-Y成形术与横切纵缝法相比,外眦开大充分,回缩程度较轻,但手术时间较长,术后肿胀程度较重,恢复时间较长。因此,应根据患者的具体情况和要求,选择不同的术式。

Objective To compare clinical outcomes of modified V-Y plasty and Crosscutting and longitudinal suture plasty toopen outer canthus. Methods From January, 2015 to January, 2016,we collected 122 patients in Milanbavii Medical AestheticHospital who had accepted outer canthus and double eyelid plasty, simultaneously, or epicanthus plasty. According to differentways of opening outer canthus,these patients were divided into A and B groups.Patients in "A" group accepted crosscutting andlongitudinal suture plasty,and in "B" group,patients accepted modified V-Y plasty.We adopted statistical analysis to comparethe postoperative effects of "A" and "B"groups,from patients' satisfaction rates, outer canthus shrinkage rates and the range oflateral canthus. Results After postoperative 3 months, satisfaction rates and the range of lateral canthus in B group were bothhigher than A group(P <0.05), and outer canthus shrinkage rates in B group was lower than A group(P <0.05). ConclusionModified V-Y plasty can open outer canthus wider,and its shrinkage rates were less ,but its operation time was longer,andpostoperative swelling degree was more serious. Therefore, we should choose different types of surgery for patients,accordingto specific conditions and requirements.
