二十甲营养不良研究进展

Advances in Twenty-nail dystrophy

二十甲营养不良是指甲的特发性疾病或者与其相关的疾病在甲的表现。本病临床特点是营养不良的甲板变脆变薄及纵嵴出现。最常见的病理特征为上皮细胞出现海绵状水肿及炎症细胞外渗,也可出现扁平苔癣样或银屑病样改变。二十甲营养不良病因尚不明确,目前有多种方法可对本病进行干预,但尚未发现确切的治疗方案。本文主要就二十甲营养不良的流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊断治疗等相关进展等作一综述,旨在使广大医疗工作者对本病引起重视。

Twenty-naiI dystrophy(TND)may present as an idiopathic disorder of the nails or it can be associated with otherdermatological conditions. The dystrophic nail findings seen in TND are characterized by brittle, thin nails, and with excessivelongitudinal ridging. The most common histopathologic features associated with Twenty-naiI dystrophy are spongiosisandexocytosis of inflammatory cells into the nail epithelia; typical features of lichen planusor or psoriasis can also be detected. Thecause of Twenty-naiI dystrophy is still unknown, there are a lot of methods to intervene it, but no any method can really cure it.Here we reviews its epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment basing on related literatures,and aims at causing much attention from health works about this disease.
