高血压性脑出血再发生的危险因素分析

Analysis of the risk factors of the recurrence of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的:对高血压脑出血再发生的患者进行研究,并对其再发生的危险因素进行探析。方法:收治高压性脑出血患者200例,作为本次的研究对象,对于其发生的危险因素进行总结和分析。结果:高血压性脑出血患者再出血与舒张压有着密切的关联,舒张压在90mm Hg以上的患者发生再出血的概率更高。结论:导致高血压性脑出血患者发生再次出现的主要危险因素是舒张压,较高的舒张压会导致患者疾病的再次发生,所以相关的患者要注意该方面的发展。

Objective:To study the patients with the recurrence of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,to explore the risk factors of the recurrence.Methods:200 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected as the research objects.The risk factors of the recurrence were summarized and analyzed.Results:The rehaemorrhagia of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage had a close connection with diastolic blood pressure.The patients with diastolic blood pressure more than 90 mmHg had a higher probability of rehaemorrhagia.Conclusion:The major risk factors of rehaemorrhagia of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is diastolic blood pressure,and the high diastolic blood pressure will lead to the recurrence of the disease,so the relevant patients should pay attention to the development of this respect.
