榄香烯注射液用于晚期非小细胞肺癌姑息治疗的效果观察

Observation on elemene injection in the palliative treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的：探讨榄香烯注射液治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效。方法：将44例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组各22例。对照组给予对症治疗，试验组在其基础上联合榄香烯注射液。2～4个周期后对患者做为期1年的随访，评价疗效。结果：试验组的中位生存期以及肿瘤控制率显著高于对照组，不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：榄香烯注射液治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效显著，可延长患者的生存期、改善生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of elemene injection treatment on advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:44 patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 22 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given symptomatic treatment,while in the experimental group were treated with elemene injection based on symptomatic treatment.After treatment for 2～4 cycles,patients were followed up for one years,then the outcome was evaluated.Results:The median survival time and tumor control rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elemene injection has significant effect in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer,and it can prolong the survival time of patients and improve their quality of life.
