经皮椎弓根钉与传统后路钉棒内固定疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation and traditional posterior screw rod fixation

目的:探讨经皮椎弓根钉的方法和传统后路钉棒对胸腰椎骨折患者的疗效对比。方法:收治胸腰椎骨折的患者58例,对照组实施传统的开放手术内固定的方式进行治疗,观察组采用经皮椎弓根钉的方式进行治疗,对比两组临床治疗的效果、手术的时间、出血量以及切口长度等项目。结果:观察组的治疗效果要更加显著,治疗的时间也较短。结论:对胸腰椎骨折的患者实施经皮椎弓根钉治疗的方式,能够有效提高治疗的有效性,缩短患者治疗的时长,更好地提高患者的生存质量。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation and traditional posterior screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:58 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were selected.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery internal fixation,while the observation group was treated by the method of percutaneous pedicle screw.The effect of clinical treatment,operation time,amount of bleeding and length of incision were compared between groups.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was more significant and the treatment time was shorter.Conclusion:The treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with percutaneous pedicle screw can effectively improve the effectiveness of treatment,shorten the duration of treatment,and better improve the quality of life of patients.
