应用动脉灌注化疗治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的效果分析

Application of arterial infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors

目的:探讨动脉灌注化疗治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的效果。方法:收治妇科恶性肿瘤患者74例,随机分为研究组与对照组各37例。对照组采用常规化疗,研究组采用动脉灌注化疗。结果:研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组并发症状发生率高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论:动脉灌注化疗治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的效果比较显著,患者的康复情况相对比较理想。

Objective:To investigate the effect of arterial infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors.Methods:74 patients with gynecologic malignant tumor were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with arterial infusion chemotherapy.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of the control group was higher than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of arterial infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors is significant,and the rehabilitation of the patients is relatively ideal.
