局部麻醉和臂丛神经阻滞麻醉对尿毒症患者动静脉内瘘成形术的影响分析

Effects of local anesthesia and brachial plexus block anesthesia on the formation of arteriovenous fistula in patients with uremia

目的:探讨局部麻醉和臂丛神经阻滞麻醉对尿毒症患者动静脉内瘘成形术的影响。方法:收治尿毒症患者82例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用局部浸润麻醉,研究组采用臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果:研究组动脉、静脉的扩张程度明显大于对照组(P<0.01),且手术时间较短。虽然两组术中VAS值相当(P>0.05),但术后表现出较大差异。结论:臂丛神经阻滞麻醉在尿毒症患者动静脉内瘘成形术中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effects of local anesthesia and brachial plexus block anesthesia on the formation of arteriovenous fistula in patients with uremia.Methods:82 patients with uremia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given local infiltration anesthesia.The study group was given brachial plexus block anesthesia.We compared the anesthesia effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the degree of dilatation of the arteries and veins was significantly greater than the control group(P<0.01),and the operation time was shorter.Although the value of VAS during operation in the two groups was comparable(P>0.05),but the difference after operation was significant.Conclusion:The application effect of brachial plexus block anesthesia on the formation of arteriovenous fistula in patients with uremia was remarkable.
