ICU在严重胸部外伤治疗中的应用价值研究

The value of ICU in the treatment of severe thoracic trauma

目的:探讨ICU在严重胸外伤患者临床救治中的应用价值。方法:收治严重胸外伤患者116例,回顾性分析其临床资料,总结严重胸外伤患者ICU监护的意义以及治疗中需要注意的问题。结果:治愈105例,治愈率91.38%,死亡11例,死亡率9.48%。出现急性呼吸窘迫综合征15例(12.93%),多器官功能障碍综合征19例(16.38%),应激性溃疡出血6例(5.17%)。结论:针对严重胸外伤患者,实施ICU监护和相应的治疗对降低死亡率、提高临床治愈率是十分必要的。

Objective:To explore the value of ICU in the clinical treatment of patients with severe thoracic trauma.Methods:116 cases of severe thoracic trauma were selected.We analyzed the clinical data of them retrospectively,to summarize the significance of ICU monitoring in patients with severe thoracic trauma and the problems needing attention in the treatment.Results:105 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 91.38% ;11 cases died,and the mortality rate was 9.48% .Acute respiratory distress syndrome occurred in 15 cases(12.93%),multiple organ dysfunction syndrome occurred in 19 cases(16.38%),6 cases(5.17%) of stress ulcer bleeding.Conclusion:For patients with severe thoracic trauma,the implementation of ICU monitoring and the corresponding treatment to reduce the mortality rate and improve the clinical cure rate is very necessary.
