中医内科治疗肺部真菌感染的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary fungal infection

目的:探讨中医内科治疗肺部真菌感染的临床效果。方法:收治肺部真菌感染患者50例,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用大蒜肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上进行辨证施治,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率92.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论:中医内科治疗肺部真菌感染疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary fungal infection.Methods:50 patients with pulmonary fungal infection were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with garlic enteric coated tablets.The observation group was given syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of 92.0% was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary fungal infection was significant.
