中西医结合治疗乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of thyroid nodules after breast cancer operation

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节的效果。方法:收治乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节患者83例,将其随机分为观察组41例和对照组42例,对照组给予西医治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率和满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节患者效果更好,可以有效提高治疗有效率,促进患者症状改善。

Objective:To investigate the effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of thyroid nodules after breast cancer operation.Methods:83 patients with thyroid nodules after breast cancer surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 41 cases and the control group with 42 cases.The control group were given western medicine treatment,and the observation group were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Results:The total effective rate and the satisfactory of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of thyroid nodules after breast cancer surgery is better.It can promote the treatment efficiency effectively,and promote the improvement of the symptoms of patients.
