中西医结合治疗湿疹疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of eczema

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法:收治湿疹患者60例,随机平分为两组。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在此基础上再进行辨证论治,给予自拟中药方,随访1年,比较两组治疗效果及复发率。结果:对照组总有效率80.00%,低于观察组的93.33%(P<0.05);两组均随访1年,对照组痊愈病例复发率41.67%,低于观察组的1.00%,P<0.05。结论:中西结合治疗湿疹疗效优于西药治疗,可减少复发。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of eczema.Methods:60 patients with eczema were selected.The control group were given western medicine treatment.The observation group were treated by syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group,treated with the self-made prescription.After 1 year of follow-up,the treatment effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 80% lower than 33.00% of the observation group(P<0.05).The two groups were followed up for 1 year,and the recurrence rate of cured cases in the control group was 41.67%,lower than 15.00% of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of eczema is better than western medicine treatment,which can reduce the incidence of recurrence.
