老年慢性肺炎患者的影像诊断分析

Imaging diagnosis of elderly patients with chronic pneumonia

目的:探讨老年慢性肺炎患者的影像诊断。方法:收治老年慢性肺炎患者96例,均予以病理诊断确诊为慢性肺炎,现均行CT扫描和X射线检查,对比影像学检查结果与病理诊断结果。结果:行CT扫描和X射线检查患者患有慢性肺炎92例,诊断准确率95.83%。X射线检查表现:患者病灶在紊乱、迂曲的肺纹理中夹杂少许小斑点状阴影,边缘欠清36例;病灶呈斑片状、片絮状阴影,密度欠均匀30例;肺部出现钙化点34例,出现胸水4例。CT扫描表现:病灶表现为双肺散在多发小斑片状阴影,边缘欠清46例;病灶表现为双肺片状密度增高影,边界模糊不清30例;局部胸膜肥厚29例。结论:老年慢性肺炎患者的影像诊断简单、方便、准确率较高。

Objective:To investigate imaging diagnosis of elderly patients with chronic pneumonia.Methods:96 elderly patients with chronic pneumonia were selected.All patients were diagnosed as chronic pneumonia by pathological diagnosis.CT scan and X-ray examination were performed.We compared the imaging findings and pathological diagnosis results.Results:92 patients were diagnosed with chronic pneumonia by CT scan and X-ray examination,and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 95.83% .X-ray examination showed:patients with lesions in the disorderly and tortuous lung texture mixed with a little small punctate shadows;edge less clear in 36 cases;the lesions showed patchy,patchy shadow,heterogeneous density in 30 cases;pulmonary calcification in 34 cases;4 cases of pleural effusion.CT scanning performance:lung lesions showed scattered multiple small patchy shadows;edge less clear in 46 cases;lung lesions showed a sheet density shadow,boundary blurred in 30 cases;local pleural thickening in 29 cases.Conclusion:The imaging diagnosis of elderly patients with chronic pneumonia is simple,convenient and accurate.
