心理护理对骨外伤急诊患者治疗的影响效果

Effect of psychological nursing on the treatment of patients with emergency bone trauma

目的:探讨心理护理对骨外伤急诊患者治疗的影响效果。方法:收治骨外科急诊患者86例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理,比较两组临床疗效、护理满意度及SAS、SDS评分。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理后SAS、SDS评分均优于护理前(P<0.05)。观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上增加心理护理能有效提高骨外伤急诊患者临床治疗效果,缓解负面情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the treatment of patients with emergency bone trauma.Methods:86 cases of patients with emergency bone trauma were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,nursing satisfaction and SAS scores,SDS scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were better than those before nursing (P<0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing on the basis of conventional nursing could improve the clinical effect of patients with emergency bone trauma treatment effectively,relieve the negative mood and improve the nursing satisfaction.
