血液肿瘤患者PICC置管后如何预防和减少静脉血栓的发生

How to prevent and reduce the occurrence of venous thrombosis after PICC catheter insertion in patients with hematologic malignancies

目的:探讨外周中心静脉置管(PICC)导管在血液肿瘤患者带管过程中发生静脉血栓的原因,并给予相应的护理对策。方法:收治采用PICC技术进行治疗的血液肿瘤患者179例,对导管留置期间出现静脉血栓的患者资料进行系统分析。结果:出现静脉血栓8例,总结经验教训后采取有效的预防措施后发生静脉血栓率明显下降。结论:PICC在血液系统疾病患者中的应用具有优越性,但一旦发生静脉血栓,不仅影响患者的治疗,还给患者带来痛苦和经济负担,应注意预防,加强护理,以减少置管后静脉血栓的发生。

Objective:To investigate the causes of venous thrombosis in patients with hematological malignancies after PICC catheter,and give the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods:179 patients with hematologic malignancies treated by PICC technology were selected.The data of patients with venous thrombosis during catheter indwelling were analyzed systematically.Results:Venous thrombosis occurred in 8 cases.The incidence of venous thrombosis was obviously decreased after we summed up the lessons learned and took effective preventive measures.Conclusion:The application of PICC in patients with hematological diseases is superior,but once the venous thrombosis occured,it not only affects the patients' treatment,but also brings pain and economic burden to patients.We should pay attention to prevention,strengthen nursing,in order to reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis.
