摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展,管理与伦理相结合已日益成为现代企业管理的必然选择。管理与伦理相结合既是社会压力增强和竞争加剧所致,又是提高管理工作有效性的内在要求,具有坚实的基础和缘由。在对现代企业管理中存在的企业经营理念落后、管理者和企业员工伦理道德素质不高等伦理缺失现象及成因分析的基础上,进而阐明了管理与伦理相结合带来的企业行为更加合乎法律和伦理、更加注重利益相关者,提倡在我国现代企业管理中通过制定有效的企业伦理守则、吸取和运用传统文化中普遍性的伦理等举措加强企业管理伦理建设。
With the continuous development of market economy, the combination of management and ethics has become an inevitable option of modern enterprise management, which is caused by the increased social pressure and the intensified competition, and also required inherently due to the efficient management improvement. By analyzing issues of modern enterprise management such as the lagging management idea, the lower moral quality of managers and employees, the factors causing ethic deficiency and so on, the paper is to expound that the enterprise behavior brought about by the combination of management with ethics conforms to a series of management reform which are legal, ethical and beneficial to the stakeholders. It is believed that China’s modern enterprise should enhance the ethic construction in management with of the adoption of valid ethical codes of enterprise and the application of common ethics of traditional culture.
