摘要
三元复合驱采油技术的应用导致油田工艺管道及设备产生严重结垢现象,垢样以硅酸盐垢为主。简要阐述超声波的防垢机理,针对饱和硅酸钙溶液,通过对比实验研究单、双超声波及相应的高低频对硅酸盐垢离子浓度的影响,并对防垢性能进行探讨。结果表明:过滤与未过滤液体中成垢离子存在浓度差异,证明溶液中有微晶存在;同时,双超声波低频对硅垢的防除效果较好。X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析结果表明超声波能够抑制成垢离子向微晶转化并延缓诱导期,干扰微晶聚合成垢,促使结垢速率大大降低。
The application of the ASP(alkaline, surfactant and polymer) flooding oil production technologycauses serious scaling in oil field pipelines and equipments. Silicate scale is the main ingredient. In thispaper, the mechanism of the ultrasonic antiscaling was briefly described and the effects of single and doubleultrasound with different frequency ultrasonic waves on ion concentration were studied through contrastexperiments in the saturated solution of calcium silicate. Discussion on the scale inhibition effect wasfollowed. It was found that there was the concentration difference of the scale ions between the filtered andunfiltered liquids, which proved the presence of crystallites in the solution. Meanwhile, the low-frequencydouble ultrasonic antiscaling efficiency for silicon scale was found to be the best. The characterizationresults of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that ultrasound couldsuppress ion into the crystallite formation, delay the induction period and interfere the crystallites onaggregating into scale, therefore, reduce the fouling rate greatly.
