摘要
磁保持继电器广泛应用在航空、航天、电子、邮电等军用及民用电子装备中。分析了磁场对磁保持继电器的影响机理,分析不同量级、不同方向磁场对磁保持继电器的影响程度,研究不同厚度、不同尺寸屏蔽方式防护效果,得出磁保持继电器电磁屏蔽的方法,通过加大防护罩厚度或减少防护罩尺寸可有效改善防护罩的屏蔽效果,为磁保持继电器电磁防护的工程实施提供依据。
Magnetic latching relay are widely used in military and civilian electronic equipments,including aviation, aerospace, electronics, telecommunications and other fields. Its performance isvulnerable and easily being affected by external magnetic environment. The impacts from magnetic fieldswith different magnitudes and different directions on magnetic latching relay are analyzed. By studying theshielding effects of protective hoods with different thicknesses and different sizes, it is obtained that,increasing the thickness of shield or reducing its size can improve the shielding effect. This work canprovide engineering implementation basis for electromagnetic protection of magnetic latching relay.
