摘要
针对某电站锅炉水冷壁严重高温腐蚀,发生爆管事故问题,采用宏观检查、金相及沉积物能谱分析等方法,找出导致水冷壁大面积高温腐蚀的影响因素,提出了改进和预防措施。应用结果结果表明:燃烧器改造及锅炉燃烧调整,使水冷壁爆管事故得到有效控制,确保了锅炉安全稳定运行。
Aiming at the accident of water wall tube explosion causing by high- temperature corrosion happening in a boiler of power plant, By the methods of macroscopic inspection,metallographic analysis and sediment energy spectrum analysis, finds out the influence factors of hightemperature corrosion of water wall tubes corrosion, brings forward prevention measure. The application result shows that burner improvement and boiler combustion adjustment can control availably the the accident of water wall tube explosion and ensure the safe and steady operation of the boiler.
