摘要
从人格心理层面、专业技术层面、职业精神层面、价值情怀层面深刻剖析工匠精神的内涵,揭示工匠精神和职业教育的内在联系,提出从顶层设计、文化育人、专业设置、校企合作等方面在职业院校培养学生的工匠精神的设想.
This paper analyzes the connotations of craftsmen’s spirit from the following perspectivespsychology,professional skills, occupational spirit and values. It also reveals the inner connections between craftsmen’s spirit and vocational education, and further puts forward the schemes of cultivating students’ craftsmen’s spirit at vocational schools in terms of top-down design, cultivation, specialty establishment, schoolenterprise cooperation and so on.
