摘要
非金属材料阀门球体高精度球面光整机采用刀具与工件切线垂直的方式进行球体表面精加工,切削过程中系统根据刀具与工件轴线夹角的变化,自动控制主轴转速和刀具摆动的角速度,工件表面各点切削线速度恒定,保证工件质量。
Adopting the method of cutter and workpiece vertical to the tangent, the High-Precision Spherical Temper Mill with Nonmetal Material Ball Valve gives the finish machining to the ball surface.During cutting, the system controls the angular velocity between spindle speed and tool swinging automatically according to the changes of the shaft angles which makes the cutting velocity of each point on the surface is constant, and guarantee the workpieces with a certain quality.
