本文对一种小型冲床主要结构的设计,通过参数设计计算与强度校核,确定了曲柄压力机构核心部件、冲床床身、发动机的参数。本机设结构简单合理,操作方便,适用性强,冲压过程平稳,效果较为理想。

The design issue is a small punch structure design.Through the parameter design and strength check, parameters of core components of crank mechanism, engine and punch bed were determined. The machine design is simple and reasonable in structure with convenient operation, has a strong applicability, the stamping process is smooth, and the effect is more ideal.
