大型电除尘器钢结构立柱部件的有限元分析及优化设计

摘要 钢结构立柱部件是除尘器的重要组成部分,其模型建立的好坏与否直接决定了除尘器的使用价值。本文以大型家电除尘器钢结构立柱部件的结构剖析为入手点,对有限元的相关理论进行了简要概述,并在有限元的基础上对立柱部件结构模型的建立进行了深入探究,最后从理论、计算两个角度对钢结构的立柱部件提出了优化设计。 The steel structure column component is an important part of the dust collector, the model of the building is good or bad or not directly determine the use value of the dust collector. This paper to large home appliances dust of steel structure column parts structure analysis as the starting point, on the finite element theory was briefly,and on the basis of finite element parts structure model of column establishment of thorough research, finally from the theory and calculation of two angle on steel structure pillar part proposes optimization design.
