摘要
汽车发动机摇臂轴两偏心深孔的加工,要求保证两端两孔的位置精度和偏斜精度,提高效率和降低成本。解决以上问题,需要相应的加工设备和专用工装。本旋转夹具综合考虑了偏心深孔加工的特点以及钻孔位置精度、偏斜精度的工艺要求,实现了工件一次装夹完成两偏心深孔的高精度加工,提高了效率,降低了成本。
Processing of two eccentric deep hole of automobile engine parts require to ensure the accuracy of the two holes on the both ends of the parts and improve efficiency and reduce cost. To solve the above problems, need the corresponding processing equipment and fixture to ensure. The rotary clamp combined with the characteristics of deep hole processing and the drilling position accuracy , the accuracy of the process requirements, the high precision machining of the two eccentric deep hole is realized, which improves the efficiency and reduces product cost.
