The Design and Application of Cigarette Paper Bobbin Taking and Wearing Device

盘纸自动取穿装置基于机械、气动技术的巧妙结合,对盘纸封口的领边进行自动捕捉并撕开封口,然后沿着既定的路径穿过各个过纸辊。应用效果表明,该装置成功替代了人工手动启封、穿纸的传统工作模式,自动启封、穿纸动作稳定、可靠。解决了人工频繁启封、穿纸的工作,有效降低了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了设备的自动化程度。

In high-speed cigarette making combination and filter rod making combination, the replacement period of paper bobbins is very short and the paper bobbins have to be unsealed and worn frequently, which cost increasingly high labor intensity. To solve this problem, we researched and developed the automatic paper-bobbin taking and wearing device. Through the ingenious combination of mechanics and pneumatics technology, it automatically catches and pulls apart the seal of the paper collar and wears it into each paper roller through the fixed path. The application results proves that the device successfully replaces the traditional labor working of unsealing and wearing the paper bobbins, and unseals and wears the paper bobbins stably and reliably, which resolves the manual problems,decreases labor intensity and improves the machine’s automation level .
