摘要
本文主要针对转向架构架加工工艺进行全面分析研究,从构架结构的分类以及制造工艺入手,对206型车型为代表的导柱式构架、地铁车辆为代表的结合型架构、动车组作为代表的转臂式构架进行了阐述和分析,并在此基础上对转臂式构架典型部位加工技术进行分析和研究。
This paper mainly according to the frame processing technology to conduct a comprehensive analysis and study, starting from the structure and the classification of the manufacturing process, the type 206 models represent the pillar structure, metro vehicle as the representative of the combined type structure, EMU as a representative of the jib structure are described and analyzed, and on this basis of jib structure typical part machining technology were analysis and research.
