摘要
使用传统MIG焊接技术对薄板铝合金进行焊接的时候,由于薄板铝合金具有易氧化、导热快以及较大的线膨胀系数等特点,因此很容易出现气孔、焊接变形大甚至焊穿等缺陷。为了避免上述缺陷的出现,本文试图研究如何运用CMT焊接技术来实现薄板铝合金的高质量焊接,以期为相关从业人员提供一定的参考借鉴。
Using the conventional MIG welding technology of aluminum alloy sheet welding, due to the thin sheet aluminum alloy is easy to oxidation, heat conduction is fast and larger line expansion coefficient and other characteristics, so it is easy to appear the blowhole, even welding defects such as welding deformation. In order to avoid these defects, this paper attempts to study how to use CMT welding technology to achieve high quality welding of aluminum alloy sheet, in order to provide some reference for the relevant practitioners.
