摘要
随着物流行业的发展,企业对自动化立体仓库储运效率提出了更高的要求,而自动化立体仓库的工作效益主要取决于堆垛机的工作效率和稳定性。目前堆垛机的运行速度不理想导致自动化立体仓库的工作效率低下,因此采用合适的速度控制方案使堆垛机更加高效、平稳的运行具有重要的意义。本文采用S型曲线速度控制方案,并通过实验分析论证S型曲线速度控制方案的优越性。
With the development of logistics industry, enterprises put forward higher requirements to the storage and transportation efficiency of automated warehouse. And the working efficiency of the automated warehouse mainly depends on the efficiency and stability of the stacker. At present, the running speed of the stacker is not ideal ,which leads to the low efficiency of the automated warehouse.Therefore, it is very important to use the appropriate speed control scheme to make the stacker more efficient and stable. This paper adopted the control scheme of segmented S curve speed. According to analysis of the experimental results, we demonstrate the superiority of Stype curve speed control scheme.
