摘要
本文利用虚拟技术,开发了一种基于项目制的液压实训课程。本文选取典型的液压泵作为原型进行了实体建模,系统搭建和系统仿真,基于宇龙机电控制仿真软件完整地实现了虚拟现实的泵体的拆装过程。本文从弥补现有教学模式不足出发,结合虚拟技术的优势,探索了一种新颖的高职液压实训课程教学方法和形式,通过实际教学应用并取得良好的效果。
This paper used the virtual technology to develop one hydraulic course based on project system. This paper introduced solid modeling, system construction and system simulation based on a typical hydraulic pump as a prototype, this paper realized the virtual reality of the pump body assembly and disassembly process based on Yulong electromechanical control simulation software. This paper explored a new teaching method and a form of the hydraulic training course to improve the advantages of higher vocational education and has achieved good results.
