摘要
集团化运作的大型企业一般供应链条长、节点多且复杂,涉及集团内部各层级及外部合作伙伴,在实行供应链监控时,往往需要建立分层分级的监控机制,明确各层级的监控范围以及异常情况的协调、解决方式。文中在分析现有电力调度监控机制的基础上,结合物资供应的特点,提出建立物资供应分级监控预警机制,并通过对历史数据的分析研究,提出各层级物资监控预警范围的建议。
A complex supply chain of multiple business processes, management levels and partners of differentiating interests is common for large groups. When doing supply chain management, it is natural for large groups to establish a hierarchical control system for a clearer demarcation of management scope at each level, as well as a coordinated co-working mechanism when abnormality occurs. Authors of this article designed a grading monitoring and early warning mechanism for power groups’ supply chain by borrowing some basic concepts from their existing power dispatching system.They also provide a computing method for this grading monitoring and early warning mechanism built on massive historical data.
