摘要
生鲜品的安全问题已受到人们的广泛关注,而保障生鲜农产品品质的关键因素之一即为流通问题。配送中心是生鲜品进入消费市场的"最后一公里"的重要节点,其功能布局直接影响生鲜品配送的效率和品质,通过SLP的方法对现有生鲜品配送中心进行平面布局,再利用加权因素分析法评估布局方案,选择较优平面布局作为规划方案。
The safety of fresh foods have gained widely attention, and guarantee the quality of fresh food is the key factor in the circulation. Distribution center is an important node, the "last mile" of fresh products into the consumer market ,its functional layout directly affects the efficiency and quality of distribution. Through SLP manage the existing distribution center, and assess the layout with weighted factor analysis, then select the optimum layout as planning.
