校园快递配送服务已经成为高校快递业发展的瓶颈,同时校园快递企业又常面临盈利率低、难以维持的问题,文中分析了科贸物流服务中心的现状,并对校园快递运营模式提出了优化建议,不仅提高了校园快递服务水平,还提高了科贸物流服务中心的运营效益,解决了校园快递最后一公里的服务问题。
