摘要 随着国家"一带一路"战略的不断推进,中欧班列以其运距短、速度快、安全性高的优势赢得市场空间,班列运行时间已由开行之初的18天压缩至目前的13天。沿途各国铁路需要继续优化班列运输组织,完善基础设施建设,优化作业流程,提高作业效率,加快推进海关信息互换、监管互认、电子报关以及检验检疫合作,解决单证信息共享等问题,最终实现10天完成中欧间货物往返运输的目标,使中欧班列发挥国际物流骨干作用,促进沿途各国互联互通。 As the country’s “the Belt and Road” strategy continuously promoting, China Railway Express wins the market space with its advantages on short distance, fast speed and high safety. The running time of the block train has been shortened to 13 days currently from 18 days at the operation beginning. Countries along the road still need to working on optimizing transportation and organization of the train, completing the construction of fundamental facilities, optimizing the operation procedures, improving the work efficiency, promoting to accelerating the exchange of customs information,mutual recognition for supervision, electronic customs declaration and cooperation on inspection and quarantine, solving the issues on sharing document information, and eventually realize the goal of completing the cargos transportation between China and EU in 10 days, making the China Railway Express play a key role in international logistics and promote the interconnection and intercommunication of the countries along the road.
