摘要
为确保中亚天然气管道项目D线顺利实施,需首先保障管材供应的及时和高效。文中根据中亚D线管材运输的两种基本方式,分别分析了境外运输过程中可能存在的风险因素,并提出了应对措施,对于项目执行具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to ensure the central Asia natural gas pipeline project line D run smoothly, first of all, we need to transport and supply the pipes timely and efficiently. In this paper, according to two kinds of basic transportation plans, we analyze the potential risks in the course of overseas transportation, and then put forward solutions. It is meaningful for the project implementation.
