摘要
连续重整装置板式换热器由于炼制原油的劣质化,介质中含有大量的有机氯,和反应过程中的NH^(4+)生成NH_4Cl结晶盐等,堵塞板式换热器板程和壳程,结垢物和注入水又会对316制作的不锈钢设备本体造成Cl^-等的腐蚀危害和潜在的连多硫酸腐蚀,鉴于此,我们在和设备原制作厂法国Alfalaval阿法拉伐公司提供的化学清洗指导方案基础上,结合国内国情和现场实际状况,在满足Alfalaval公司要求基础上,丰富和完善了化学清洗技术方案和避免发生氯化物应力腐蚀损伤以及连多硫酸腐蚀潜在危害,从而实现板换清焦除垢的同时,板换本身不受到任何的腐蚀损伤达到保护设备的目的。
