摘要
为了有效解决油田大型污水罐内壁牺牲阳极阴极保护存在的阳极自身消耗大,寿命短,输出电流不可调,在线监测难以实施等问题,对污水罐内壁强制电流阴极保护技术进行了研究。结合某油田2000m3污水罐,分别从设计、安装和效果分析等方面介绍了污水罐内壁强制电流阴极保护方法,通过在储罐内壁均匀安装MMO管状阳极串及合理配置锌参比电极,不仅延长了污水罐的使用寿命,节约资金提高了经济效益,而且系统输出电流可调,可在阴保间实现对罐壁不同部位保护电位的监测。阴极保护系统投运后,罐壁充分极化至稳定电位,测试结果表明罐内保护电位分布较均匀,阴极保护效果良好。
In order to solve the problem of oilfield large sewage tanks applying sacrificial anode cathodicprotection such as fast consumption of sacrificial anode, short service life, output current is not adjustableand on-line monitoring is difficult to implement.the lining of the sewage tank impressed current cathodicprotection technology were studied.Combined with the 2000m3 of in certain oilfield sewage tank,respectivelyfrom the aspects such as design, installation and effect analysis of sewage tank wall impressed currentcathodic protection method are introduced, through installing MMO tubular anode and rational allocationof zinc reference electrode in the tank, not only prolong the service life of the sewage tank, save money toimprove the economic benefit, but also the system output current is adjustable,realize to monitor protectionpotentials at different points inside the tank from the cathodic protection room.After the cathodic protectionsystem was put into operation, the tank wall polarization to stable potential fully, the test results show that thetank protection potential distribution is uniform, cathodic protection proved to be effective.
