摘要
通过研究转炉喷溅产生机理,入炉铁水温度稳定控制技术,研究和优化氧枪工艺参数,底吹供气模式,转炉智能炼钢。有效解决了转炉冶炼过程中因入炉铁水硅含量波动较大,对过程操作稳定性控制带来的影响,杜绝了冶炼过程喷溅的发生。
Based on the research of converter splash mechanism,charging hot metal temperature stability control technology,research and optimization of oxygen lance process parameters,bottom blowing gas supply patterns and converter intelligent steelmaking,this article effectively solve the influence of process operation stability control due to the bigger fluctuations of boiling hot metal silicon content in converter smelting process,put an end to happen the splash in the smelting process.
