聚氨酯密封胶中VOC的检测与控制 被引量:1

摘要 首先对聚氨酯密封胶中常用的原料进行了定性检测,其次对郑州中原、国内外厂家的同款胶样进行了定量检测,最后提出了相应的改善措施。结果表明,增塑剂1#、阻燃剂分别含有少量的邻二甲苯和甲苯,增塑剂2#不含有苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯和苯乙烯,预聚体中含有少量的苯、乙苯和二甲苯;聚氨酯密封胶中的苯系物主要是乙苯和二甲苯,12d后的数据显示,3#样品中乙苯的含量分别是1#样品的105倍和2#样品的51倍,二甲苯的含量分别是1#样品的88倍和2#样品的104倍。 First, all of common materials used in polyurethane sealant were detected qualitatively, then the samples of Zhengzhou Zhongyuan, domestic and foreign manufacturers were detected quantitatively, and finally the corresponding improvement measures were put forward. The results showed that plasticizer 1# and flame retardant respectively contained little ortho xylene and toluene,and plasticizer 2# did not contained benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene and styrene, but there were a small amount of benzene,ethylbenzene and xylene. Benzene series of polyurethane sealant were mainly ethylbenzene and xylene, and the datas of 12 days showed the contents of ethylbenzene in the sample 3# were 105 times of sample 1#and 51 times of 2#, and the contents of xylene in the sample 3# were 88 times of sample 1# and 104 times of 2#.
