留学生结直肠外科临床实习的问题与思考

Problems and countermeasures during internship in the department of colorectal Surgery for foreign medical students

结直肠外科的专科特色导致留学生实习的难度增加。对于留学生实习中存在的参与程度较低、主观能动性较差、留学生与带教教师和患者之间沟通模式待优化的问题,采取组成中国学生与留学生"一帮一"实习小组、开展针对性的专科手术相关培训、强化汉语学习、优化完善教学管理和考核制度等策略针对性地解决相关问题,提高留学生参与程度和主观能动性,提升实习质量。

The specialized feature of the department of colorectal surgery increases the difficulty ofinternship for foreign medical students. Aiming at certain problems including low level of participation duringinternship, lacking of motivation and to-be-improved communication pattern between teacher and students,approaches such as learning Chinese and making practice group with Chinese students, taking targetedsurgical training and learning Chinese were employed to improve internship for foreign medical students.
