带蒂皮瓣修复胸壁溃疡患者的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing for patients with pedicle skin flap in repairing chest wall ulcer

目的探讨带蒂皮瓣修复胸壁溃疡患者的围手术期护理的疗效。方法对11例胸壁溃疡患者行带蒂皮瓣修复术前、后护理,通过心理护理、药物指导、皮瓣血运的观察、健康宣教、功能锻炼等护理措施,促进患者创面的愈合。结果 11例患者溃疡创面均I期愈合,无相关并发症发生,患者及家属满意。结论充分的术前、术后精心的观察护理,是促进患者康复及手术成功的重要保证。

Objective To discuss the effect of perioperative nursing for patients with pedicleskin flap in repairing chest wall ulcer. Methods 11 patients with pedicle skin flap in repairing chest wallulcer were taking good perioperative nursing care. To promote the wound healing by psychological nursing,medicine instruction, observation of blood circulation of flap, health education and functional training.Results All the ulcer wound of 11 patients were stage I heal, no related complications, patients and familymembers were all satisfied. Conclusion Careful perioperative observation and care were important to ensurepatients′ better recover and successful in operation.
