摘要
出现梗阻症状的直肠癌患者病情严重、病期较晚、合并疾病多,同时发生远处转移的比例大,但部分患者仅表现为局部进展,尚有长期生存的希望。在全面评估患者病情的基础上,选择合理的综合治疗方案,将使患者获益最大,并有可能达到根治的效果。本文对临床上常用的治疗梗阻性直肠癌的一些技术,特别是"序贯综合治疗方案"进行简单的介绍。
Most of the colorectal cancer patients with obstructive symptoms were in severe conditions and late stage of disease,with more complications or a large proportion of distant metastasis. But some patients showed only locally progress, they still had hope for long-term survival. On the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the patient?s condition, to select a reasonable comprehensive treatment program,patients will get the maximum benefit, and it is possible to achieve radical results. In this article, we will introduce some techniques commonly used in clinical treatment of obstructive colorectal cancer, especially the ?Sequential comprehensive treatment program?.
