直肠黏膜多点结扎治疗盆底松弛性疾病的疗效观察

Curative effect analysis of rectal mucosa multipoint ligation in treatment of pelvic floor relaxation syndrome

目的 探讨直肠黏膜多点结扎在盆底松弛性疾病治疗中的疗效。方法 对36例盆底松弛性疾病患者行直肠黏膜多点结扎术治疗的临床资料进行分析总结。结果 术后随访3~12月，治愈24例（占66.7%），好转8例（占22.2%），无效4例（占11.1%），总有效率达88.9%。结论 直肠黏膜多点结扎术治疗盆底松弛性疾病具有操作简单、疗效肯定、并发症少、费用低廉的优点。

Objective To explore the efficacy of rectal mucosa ligation in the treatment of pelvic floor relaxation syndrome. Methods To summary and analysis the clinical data of 36 cases of pelvic floor relaxation syndrome patients with rectal mucosa ligation treatment. Results Followed up for 3~12 months postoperatively, 24 cases (66.7%) were cured, 8 cases (22.2%) were improved, 4 cases were ineffective (11.1%), the total effective rate was 88.9%. Conclusions Rectal mucosa ligation in treatment of pelvic floor relaxation syndrome has more advantages, such as simplicity for operation, confirmed curative effect, fewer complications, and lower cost.
