崩漏止血方治疗功能性子宫出血的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Hemostasis Decoction in Treating Metrorrhagia of Functional Uterine Bleeding

目的:分析崩漏止血方治疗功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法:以120例崩漏患者为研究对象,根据单盲随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组患者采用崩漏止血方联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(优思明)治疗,对照组单纯使用优思明治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。连续随访6个月,并记录复发时间、复发例数等情况。结果:治疗组的有效率为93.3%,对照组的有效率为73.3%,治疗组和对照组的有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的复发率为6.7%、18.3%,平均复发时间为(4.8±0.7)个月、(3.2±1.1)个月,两组患者的复发率和平均复发时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:崩漏止血方治疗功能性子宫出血的临床疗效可靠。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of uterine bleeding hemostasis Decoction in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding.Methods:120 cases of uterine bleeding patients as the research object,according to randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.Treatment of patients with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis hemostasis decoction combined with sorrow Siming treatment,the control group were treated with sorrow to treat,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.The patients were followed up for 6 months,and the recurrence time and the number of recurrence cases were recorded.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the control group was 73.3%,the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group and control group the recurrence rate was 6.7%,18.3%,the median time to relapse for(4.8±0.7)months,(3.2±1.1)months.The rate of recurrence in two groups of patients and the average recurrence time differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of uterine bleeding hemostasis Decoction in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding is reliable.
